if you want to learn the principles of TEM and SEM and selected advanced techniques EM, you are invited to the practical course Advanced EM - 3D Imaging.

This 3-day course takes place on 11-13 June 2024, at the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy (LEM), Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences, České Budějovice, and focuses on electron tomography, cryo-single particle analysis (including the whole workflow of sample preparation, screening, data acquisition and processing), and negative staining method..
