In the above selected papers (with co-authors from our facility) our skills in custom-made SW development and implementation (1,3,4,5) were exploited, as well as our expertise in non-linear fluorescence techniques (SHG – 1, FLIM/PLIM – 2), other microscopic methods (optical projection tomography – 3, confocal microscopy – 4,5) and in biomechanical measurements (1,5).
